All Haulers listed or operating through SnapHaul are independent contractors, not employees or agents of SnapHaul. As such, each Hauler is solely responsible for:
Holding valid business licenses, permits, and insurance
Paying their own taxes and complying with employment or contract labor laws
Managing their employees, subcontractors, and equipment
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws
