SnapHaul we values your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our platform. By accessing or using SnapHaul.com or related services, you consent to the practices described below.

1. Overview of Services 

SnapHaul is a lead generation and automation platform. We are not a junk removal company, and we do not own, manage, or directly employ any hauler or service provider. 

Our services include: 

  • Providing an online job submission form for Customers 
     
  • Distributing job leads to nearby Haulers based on ZIP code, category, and trailer type 
     
  • Charging Haulers a fee to access each lead 
     

We do not supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any work performed as a result of a lead sold through SnapHaul. 

2. Independent Contractor Relationship 

  • All Haulers listed or operating through SnapHaul are independent contractors, not employees or agents of SnapHaul. As such, each Hauler is solely responsible for: 

    • Holding valid business licenses, permits, and insurance 
       
    • Paying their own taxes and complying with employment or contract labor laws 
       
    • Managing their employees, subcontractors, and equipment 
       
    • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws 
       

    SnapHaul shall not be held liable for any action, injury, misconduct, or negligence by a Hauler. 

     

3. Lead Purchases and Job Quotes 

  • IP address 
     
  • Browser type and version 
     
  • Device information 
     
  • Access time, date, and session duration 
     
  • Referral sources and cookies 
     

2. How We Use Your Information 

SnapHaul uses your data to: 

  • Match jobs between Customers and Haulers 
     
  • Send real-time lead alerts via SMS and email 
     
  • Authenticate and manage user accounts 
     
  • Provide customer support and account recovery 
     
  • Improve and secure our website and services 
     
  • Send updates, alerts, and transactional messages 
     
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud 
     

We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and business optimization. This data does not personally identify any user. 

3. How We Share Information 

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties. 

We may share limited information in these cases: 

  • With Haulers, to deliver job leads submitted by Customers 
     
  • With Customers, to allow Haulers to quote and coordinate jobs 
     
  • With our third-party service providers (e.g. Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments) who help us operate the platform 
     
  • When required by law (e.g., subpoena or valid court order) 
     
  • To investigate fraud, spam, or abuse on the platform 
     

All data shared is strictly related to fulfilling jobs or complying with legal obligations. 

 

4. Data Retention 

We retain user data as long as: 

  • Your account remains active 
     
  • You have pending jobs or lead activity 
     
  • Retention is required for regulatory or security reasons 
     

You may request account deletion by contacting our support team at support@snaphaul.com.

SnapHaul uses cookies and session tracking to: 

  • Save your preferences 
     
  • Enable auto-login for repeat users
